Job Overview

As a Dispatcher at Salad Days, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials at our central stockroom. This role requires attention to detail, effective coordination, and timely execution to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently unload incoming deliveries at the central stockroom within specified time frames to meet delivery schedules.
• Ensure readiness of crates and carton boxes for receiving bakery products and other perishable items.
• Ensure timely and accurate picking and packing of orders for cloud kitchen outlets in coordination with the warehouse and logistics executive.
• Assist in loading delivery vehicles with the correct orders, ensuring proper stacking to prevent damage during transit.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are cleaned and free of dust before loading materials.
• Regularly clean the racks and shelves of the stockroom.
• Ensure labels and stickers are correctly pasted on glass bottles and jars.
• Prepare and ready labelled and stickered quantities for production.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or stockroom role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills for coordination with warehouse and logistics staff.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of loading and unloading materials.
