Job Description

To assist dispatch assistants in prioritizing the calls and deliveries on the basis of urgency of delivery
To supervise prompt dispatch of the orders received within the specified time line of the organization
To collect and provide the information to dispatch assistants for onward transmission to field staff regarding orders, traffic routes, traffic obstacles if any
To review the data of each order and dispatch status in the computer system
Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirement
To review the call logs in the log book
