Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor Company: LAPL AUTOMOTIVE LTD. Location: Waluj MIDC, Aurangabad Vacancies: 04 Experience Required: 1–2 Years (in loading, unloading, and dispatch operations) Job Summary: LAPL AUTOMOTIVE LTD is looking for proactive and responsible Dispatch Supervisors to oversee day-to-day dispatch activities at our Waluj MIDC facility. The ideal candidates will have experience in supervising loading and unloading operations and coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage loading and unloading of goods at the dispatch bay. Ensure timely dispatch of products as per delivery schedules. Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for smooth dispatch operations. Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing goods. Verify documentation like invoices, challans, and dispatch orders. Ensure safety and efficiency in material handling. Report daily dispatch status to the operations manager. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in dispatch, loading, or unloading operations. Knowledge of dispatch procedures, inventory documentation, and logistics coordination. Ability to lead a team of loaders and handle field staff. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
