Dispatch Executive (Steel Industry)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations for our wide range of steel and industrial products. The candidate will ensure smooth movement of goods, accurate documentation, and timely coordination between departments to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise dispatch operations for materials including TMT Bars, Wire Rods, MS Beams, Angles, Channels, Flats, Plates, Coils, Binding Wires, Pipes, Sheets, HR/CR Coils, and Structural Steel Products.
• Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, transport slips, and e-way bills.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, and transport teams to execute dispatch schedules efficiently.
• Monitor loading and unloading to ensure accuracy, quality, and safety of materials.
• Maintain dispatch registers, stock movement records, and daily MIS reports.
• Track vehicle movements and follow up with transporters to ensure timely delivery.
• Check stock levels and reconcile with physical inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company dispatch policies and government documentation norms.
• Assist in vehicle arrangement, route planning, and material allocation for each dispatch.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of dispatch, warehouse, and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with steel industry products such as:
• TMT Bars
• Wire Rods
• MS Channels, Angles, and Beams
• MS Plates and Coils
• Pipes, Flats, HR/CR Sheets, GI Wires, and Binding Wire
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and e-way bill generation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Supply Chain preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics or warehouse operations (preferably in the steel or industrial sector).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
