Dispatch Executive

• To Plan/Arrange daily Packing & dispatch schedule according to order flow with Store/Purchase department.
• Review pending order and do process as per priority order
• To do proper marking. Lablling on product packaging.
• Review daily dispatch pending order with director
• Follow the root card process.
• To make daily, weekly and monthly dispatch data.
• Co-ordinate with customer for delivery schedule or special requirement.
• Provide required document copy to driver.
• Take photograph of loading material and share with customer.
• Track delivery and inform to customer
• Follow the standerd dispatch process for smooth dispatch without error
• Check and verify dispatch checklist
• Timely follow up of job card abd other out-ward material
• To share dispatch details (LR Copy, Packing list) to director
• To think like as Revenue generator (More dispatch more revenue) and also understood to our best product in quality for sales pupose
• Communicate to customer for properly receiving material

Pay: ₹10,259.80 - ₹27,946.20 per month
