Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive with Packing Supervisor responsibilities to manage and streamline dispatch operations for our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in dispatch coordination, packaging supervision, inventory handling, and ensuring the timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities-

Dispatch Management

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Prepare dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, and transport entries.
• Track shipments and update status to internal teams and clients.
• Manage transporters, negotiate rates, and ensure smooth vehicle scheduling.

Packing Supervision

• Supervise packing operations to ensure materials/products are packed safely and as per company standards.
• Ensure quality control during packing, reducing damage and loss.
• Maintain packaging material stock and raise requisitions when required.
• Monitor the packing team and ensure proper workflow.

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Maintain inventory records for finished goods and packaging materials.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in material management.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of products.

Key Skills Required

1. Strong knowledge of dispatch operations and documentation
2. Experience supervising packing teams
3. Understanding of interior products, furniture items, or modular goods (preferred)
4. Good communication and coordination skills
5. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
6. Basic computer proficiency ( MS Excel)
