- Monitor dispatch activities, including order processing, route planning, and scheduling, to support the smooth operation of the dispatch department.
- Communicate with drivers and field personnel to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout the dispatch process.
2. Resource Coordination:
- Maintain records of resource availability and utilization, updating schedules and assignments as directed by the dispatch manager.
- Assist in optimizing resource utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
