1. Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely dispatch of perishable food products. 2. Monitor stock levels, ensuring product freshness and quality. 3. Prepare dispatch documents (invoices, delivery notes) and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. 4. Track dispatch, address delivery issues, and maintain cold chain logistics. 5. Communicate on delivery schedules and ensure timely updates on any delays.
