Food Tech Intern

Job Description

Bachelor's degree in food technology, food science ,or related field. Oversee production process of Mithai, Namkeen, ensuring adherence to quality standards and recipes. You’ll manage the production workflow for one or multiple products, ensuring efficient operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all production activities Prioritize tasks to maximize performance and minimize delays. Determine the manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed for production. Assign workers and staff to specific production tasks. Keep track of job progress, aiming for on-time completion and within budget. Prepare status and performance reports, maintaining organized paperwork. Work closely with quality control, warehouse, and other staff.
