Job Description:

We are hiring experienced US Truck Dispatchers who can manage dispatch operations, communicate with drivers and carriers, and ensure timely delivery of freight. The role requires strong coordination and multitasking in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign Loads: Schedule and dispatch loads to drivers based on availability and routes.
• Track & Monitor: Monitor freight movement and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Carrier Coordination: Maintain communication with drivers and carriers throughout the delivery process.
• Problem Solving: Handle delays, breakdowns, and any delivery-related issues promptly.
• Update Systems: Keep records updated in dispatch software (TMS) and maintain load documents.
• Load Boards Use: Utilize platforms like DAT, Truckstop, and others to book loads and negotiate rates.
• Customer Support: Communicate updates with brokers and clients regarding shipment status.

Required Skills:

• 1–3+ years of experience as a US Dispatcher
• Fluent English communication (verbal & written)
• Experience with US Load Boards and TMS platforms
• Time management and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
