About the Role:
Arora Engineering Works is looking for an experienced and dynamic Dispatch IN charge to manage day-to-day dispatch operations. If you’re someone who understands the logistics and transport network across India, has hands-on experience dealing with transporters, and can handle time-sensitive deliveries—we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage dispatch of goods across India
Build and maintain relationships with transporters and logistics partnersEnsure on-time delivery and proper documentationTrack and monitor shipments and address delaysPlan dispatch schedules and optimize vehicle routingPrepare dispatch reports and MIS
Must-Have Skills:
Strong understanding of India's transport and logistics network
Knowledge of major transport hubs, freight charges, and transporter contactsExcellent coordination and communication skillsAbility to handle pressure and meet tight deadlinesBasic knowledge of dispatch documentation and invoicing
