Dispatch Coordinator

As a Dispatch Coordinator at our solar company, your role will be crucial in managing and coordinating daily dispatch operations from the warehouse/stores. Your responsibilities will include ensuring proper packaging, documentation, and timely dispatch of goods, as well as maintaining inventory records and updating dispatch logs regularly. You will be required to liaise with logistics partners and transporters to ensure smooth delivery, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with purchase/production teams for requirements. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards, supervise loading/unloading activities, and handle customer dispatch queries. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations from the warehouse/stores. - Ensure proper packaging, documentation, and timely dispatch of goods. - Maintain inventory records and update dispatch logs regularly. - Liaise with logistics partners and transporters to ensure smooth delivery. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase/production teams for requirements. - Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. - Supervise loading/unloading activities and handle customer dispatch queries. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in stores/warehouse/dispatch in an Electrical/Electronics manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP preferred). - Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
