Dispatch Coordinator

As a Dispatch Coordinator at Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and timely dispatch of outbound shipments from our plant located in Kamal Vihar, Raipur. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all dispatch activities to guarantee the accurate and efficient delivery of our products to clients across India. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate daily dispatches based on production and delivery schedules - Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation such as invoices, e-way bills, and gate passes - Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams regarding dispatch and delivery status - Collaborate with transporters, drivers, and logistics partners to facilitate the dispatch process - Supervise loading and unloading operations to prevent errors and damages - Keep detailed dispatch records for auditing and reporting purposes - Coordinate with the sales and stores team to align dispatch planning with material availability - Address basic dispatch issues or delays and escalate them as necessary Requirements: - Possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in dispatch/logistics coordination, preferably in the manufacturing industry - Demonstrate basic knowledge of logistics documentation such as invoices and e-way bills - Exhibit excellent communication and coordination skills - Proficient in using MS Excel or basic computer operations - Ability to manage field coordination with transport vendors and staff effectively If you are passionate about logistics and dispatch operations and meet the requirements mentioned above, we encourage you to reach out to us at 9171200097.
