Job Description

As a Lead in Intel's Custom Silicon Business, you will play a crucial role in setting priorities for the team, defining, verifying, and documenting various aspects of SoC verification. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of engineers, demonstrating self-motivation, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. You must be technically proficient to drive and support the team in execution, be flexible to work in a dynamic environment, and proficient at multitasking seamlessly. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in developing test content and achieving coverage closure. Key Responsibilities: - Create verification plans and milestones - Conduct test plan and code reviews - Ensure coverage closure and complete verification signoff Qualifications Required: - Btech/Mtech with 20+ years of experience in complex ASIC/Soc verification - Experience in leading teams of engineers - Solid understanding of system and processor architecture - Experience in designing and validating complex blocks like CPUs, Cache Coherency, Graphics and Media blocks, and Memory controller - Proficiency in System Verilog/OVM/UVM SOC development environment - Strong background in scripting languages such as PERL, TCL, Python - Experience with emulation environment - System (hardware and software) debug skills - Knowledge of software and/or hardware validation techniques - Proficiency in assembly programming - Familiarity with industry-standard protocols like PCIE, USB, DRR, etc. - Experience with low power/UPF verification techniques preferred - Knowledge of formal verification techniques preferred Intel makes possible the most amazing experiences of the future by inventing at the boundaries of technology.
