Director/Senior Director - Verification

Role Overview: You will be leading a team in Intel's Custom Silicon Business, setting priorities, defining, verifying, and documenting the team's work. Your role will involve leading engineers in SoC verification, demonstrating self-motivation, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. Additionally, you must be flexible to work in a dynamic environment, multitask seamlessly, and be hands-on in developing test content and achieving coverage closure. Key Responsibilities: - Create verification plans and milestones - Conduct test plan and code reviews - Ensure coverage closure and complete verification signoff Qualifications: - Btech/Mtech with 20+ years of experience in complex ASIC/SoC verification - Experience in leading teams of engineers - Solid understanding of system and processor architecture - Experience designing and validating complex blocks like CPUs, Cache Coherency, Graphics, Media blocks, and Memory controller - Proficiency in System Verilog/OVM/UVM SOC development environment - Strong scripting background in PERL, TCL, Python - Familiarity with emulation environment - System (hardware and software) debug skills - Knowledge of software and/or hardware validation techniques - Assembly programming skills - Understanding of industry standard protocols like PCIE, USB, DRR, etc. - Experience in low power/UPF verification techniques preferred - Familiarity with formal verification techniques preferred Additional Company Details: Intel is a technology company that invents at the boundaries of technology to create amazing experiences for businesses and society.
