Director/AVP - Business Development

You are a highly driven and experienced Business Development professional with up to 10 years of experience in the international BPO market. Your role as Director/AVP of Business Development at our company requires exceptional English communication skills, a polished demeanor, and a proven track record in acquiring and managing global BPO clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients for BPO services. You will be tasked with building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, you will drive sales through lead generation activities, such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. As the ideal candidate, you must have proven experience in BPO sales and must have handled end-to-end sales cycles in a BPO environment. You should possess strong relationships with decision-makers in key industries like BFSI, E-commerce, Fintech, Healthcare, among others. Your ability to manage and meet revenue and profitability targets, along with your strong negotiation and communication skills, will be crucial in articulating business value and closing deals effectively. Flexibility and willingness to travel are essential, as you will be required to travel as needed to meet clients and drive business growth. Your success in this role will be supported by your collaboration with internal teams, including operations, pre-sales, and solution design, to ensure the smooth onboarding and transition of new clients. In addition to a competitive salary of up to 18 LPA (Fixed) plus lucrative incentives per closure, you will also receive health insurance, provident fund, and performance bonuses. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Udhyog Vihar, Gurgaon, with a day shift schedule. Candidates who are immediate joiners and possess the required experience are preferred.,
