Director/AVP - Business Development

As a Director/AVP- Business Development with up to 10 years of experience in BPO Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the international BPO market. Your role will involve: - Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients for BPO services - Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations - Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Driving sales through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships - Preparing business proposals, presentations, and commercial models; negotiating contracts to close deals - Analysing industry trends, competition, and potential business opportunities - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasting Requirements: 1. Proven Experience in BPO Sales - Must have handled end-to-end sales cycles in a BPO environment 2. Network & Industry Connections - Strong relationships with decision-makers in BFSI, E-commerce, Fintech, Healthcare, or other key industries 3. Revenue Ownership - Ability to manage and meet revenue and profitability targets 4. Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills - Ability to articulate business value and close deals effectively 5. Flexibility & Travel Willingness - Open to traveling as required to meet clients and drive business growth In addition to the above responsibilities and requirements, the company is looking for immediate joiners with a strong background in acquiring and managing global BPO clients.
