Key Responsibilities: - Lead Transformation Initiatives: - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and innovative solutions. - Promote and implement digital and automation solutions such as ITOM SNOW, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and intelligent automation. - Process Optimization: - Establish a team structure and processes based on Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies to achieve operational excellence through data-driven approaches. - Document current operational processes, metrics, and potential areas for optimization to create a transformation plan. - Identify and implement process improvements using process re-engineering and digital/automation solutions. - Stakeholder Engagement: - Collaborate with executives, department heads, and teams to align transformation efforts with business objectives. - Influence decision-makers with data-driven solutions and demonstrate the value of process optimization. - Change Management: - Lead change management efforts for a smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems. - Manage the partnership between Technology and Operations for solution discovery, implementation, deployment, and digital operations. - Provide training programs to educate employees on new processes and technologies. - Continuous Learning: - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to process automation and transformation. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or engineering. - Certifications: PMP, LEAN, Six Sigma, Change Management, Project Management, Finance - P&L Management. - Experience: Proven track record in business process transformation, automation, P&L management, and change management. - Technology: Familiarity with digital and automation solutions for process transformation, experience with SNOW ITOM is advantageous.,
