Theivanai Institute of Business Management is a newly approved standalone MBA institution, affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, and recognized by AICTE, New Delhi. We are committed to offering world-class postgraduate education in management and leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for academic excellence and institutional growth.
• Supervise all operations of the MBA program, including curriculum development, quality assurance, and faculty performance.
• Liaise with Anna University and AICTE for compliance, reporting, and audit activities.
• Lead the promotion of research, industry-institute collaboration, and student success initiatives.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification - Ph.D. in Management (approved by AICTE norms)
• Teaching Experience - Minimum 15 years, with documented experience as Professor or equivalent
• Leadership Experience - At least 8/5 years as a Head of Department or Director in MBA departments/institutions
• Age Limit - Below 58 years at the time of joining
• Must meet AICTE’s faculty cadre qualifications for standalone institutions as Director/Principal level
• Publications – Minimum of 8 publications in reputed – Peer-reviewed and indexed journals.
