We are committed to offering world-class postgraduate education in management and leadership. Role & Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for academic excellence and institutional growth. Supervise all operations of the MBA program, including curriculum development, quality assurance, and faculty performance. Liaise with Anna University and AICTE for compliance, reporting, and audit activities. Lead the promotion of research, industry-institute collaboration, and student success initiatives. Mandatory Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualification - Ph.D. in Management (approved by AICTE norms) Teaching Experience - Minimum 15 years, with documented experience as Professor or equivalent Leadership Experience - At least 8/5 years as a Head of Department or Director in MBA departments/institutions Age Limit - Below 58 years at the time of joining Must meet AICTE’s faculty cadre qualifications for standalone institutions as Director/Principal level Publications – Minimum of 8 publications in reputed – Peer-reviewed and indexed journals.
