Acts as a Trusted Business AdvisorParticipates in advising clients on strategic issues and understanding clients needsSound commercial acumenProvides a perspective on global trends and emerging practices on client assignments. Is able to proactively alert clients on business environment changes that impact (or would impact) the clientMarketing & Business DevelopmentCreates and manages strong independent relationships with clients at senior positions with minimal partner involvement, expands client base with new wins and conversions (both existing and new clients)Has strong internal and external networks.
