Director - Strategy (Supply Chain & Logistics)

You will be responsible for leading the logistics and last-mile delivery operations in a high-growth e-pharma environment, as well as developing cross-functional supply chain strategies. Your role will involve managing end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery. You will need to optimize delivery SLAs for both B2C and B2B segments, and ensure cost-efficient operations in the first-mile pickup, mid-mile transit, and last-mile drop. Your key responsibilities will include establishing and tracking KPIs related to operational performance, conducting root cause analysis for challenges, and implementing data-driven interventions. You will also be responsible for building and managing a strong logistics partner ecosystem, negotiating contracts, and ensuring performance SLAs are met. As a leader in this role, you will oversee a team across logistics operations, supply chain planning, and network planning. Collaboration with senior leadership, commercial, finance, tech, and customer support teams will be essential. You will also be tasked with defining and executing logistics and fulfillment strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, evaluating new distribution models, and driving business transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and expand into new markets and categories.,
