Job Title: Director / Senior Director, Training Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Location: Chennai Department: Training and Development A leading provider of healthcare outsourcing services, specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), is seeking an experienced Training Director / Senior Director with deep knowledge of RCM to lead our training and development efforts. Job Summary: The Training Head RCM will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees involved in the RCM process. This leadership role requires expertise in RCM operations and the ability to effectively design and deliver training that enhances the skill sets of the workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience leading training teams, designing curricula, and ensuring that staff are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed in their roles. Desired Skills: A minimum of 17 years of experience in healthcare RCM and at least 8 years of experience in training. Experience with both instructor-led and virtual training environments. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, etc.).
