Job Description

As a Director / Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for owning and accelerating the global inbound marketing function, primarily focusing on North America and APAC regions. Your key responsibilities include: - **Inbound Strategy & Leadership**: - Develop and execute a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to exceed lead generation and pipeline targets for North America and APAC. - **Channel Performance**: - Oversee the performance of all inbound digital channels, collaborating with the SEO/SEM specialist on search strategy and owning performance marketing and conversion rate optimization. - **Digital Events**: - Own the strategy and planning for digital events like webinars and podcasts to engage prospects and generate qualified leads. - **Technology & Analytics**: - Lead the strategic use of marketing technology stack, including the marketing automation platform (HubSpot), to refine targeting and deliver insightful performance reporting. - **Team Collaboration**: - Foster a collaborative environment with leaders across demand generation, BDR, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless MQL-to-Opportunity handoff process. - **Funnel Optimization**: - Continuously analyze the inbound marketing funnel, implementing A/B tests and experiments to optimize performance and ROI. Your qualifications should include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, scaling inbound marketing programs for global SaaS or cybersecurity companies. - Expertise in developing multi-channel inbound strategies for North American and APAC markets. - Strategic and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot. - Success in planning and managing digital events like webinars and podcasts. - Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with sales, BDR, demand generation, and product teams. - Analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to translate insights into actionable strategies.,
