Job Description

Role Overview: At NTT DATA, you will lead the Resilience Team of the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) department in Global Data Centers (GDC) to ensure the highest level of resilience, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your main focus will be on protecting the company from risks, maintaining business continuity, and preparing for crises. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for managing various systems related to resilience, risk management, crisis management, and more. You will collaborate with different departments to coordinate resilience measures and prepare management reports. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Resilience Team of the GRC department, overseeing various management systems. - Manage the Resilience budget and maintain instructional documentation for management systems. - Develop the Resilience Team's understanding and relationships within NTT GDC. - Coordinate resilience measures with other departments and prepare management reports. - Represent the company at the NTT group level for related topics. Qualifications Required: Professional skills: - Completed university degree (Master/Diploma) with experience in Resilience Management. - Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 22301, 31000. - Fluent in English, multilingual skills are advantageous. Soft skills: - Modern leadership style with strategic thinking and structured approach. - Ability to work independently, adapt to changing environments, and travel worldwide. - Self-motivated with high-stress tolerance and effective team guidance skills. Additional Details: This is a remote position that requires a reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend, along with benefits like paid time-off, medical, dental, vision benefits, insurance, flexible spending account, and retirement plan, will be provided.
