Job Description

As a Resilience Team Leader in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) department at NTT DATA, your role is crucial in contributing to the overall GRC Mission. Your responsibilities include ensuring the highest level of resilience within NTT Global Data Centers (GDC), compliance with internal and external regulations, and continuous improvement in processes. Your focus will be on protecting the company from risks, maintaining business continuity, and preparing for crises. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the Resilience Team of the GRC department, overseeing Resilience, Risk Management, Insurance Management, Crisis & Business Continuity Management, and Travel Security. - Manage the Resilience budget, maintain instructional documentation for management systems, and drive continuous improvement. - Develop the Resilience Team's understanding of resilience, foster good relationships with all Data Center sites and departments within NTT GDC. - Coordinate resilience measures with Health, Safety, Environment Management, and Security Management departments. - Prepare management reports, collaborate with the Quality and Accreditation Team, and represent the company at the NTT group level for relevant topics. **Qualifications Required:** - Completed university degree (Master/Diploma) with professional experience in Resilience Management. - Familiarity with ISO standards like ISO 22301 and 31000. - Proficiency in English, with multilingual skills being advantageous. In addition, you should possess a modern leadership style with strategic thinking, a structured approach, and the ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments. As a self-motivated individual with high-stress tolerance, you should effectively guide international teams. This remote position requires a reliable internet connection and electricity.
