Job Description

As a Director at Tata 1mg, you will play a crucial role in leading the B and M Retail vertical, overseeing various aspects of sales team leadership, store infrastructure & maintenance, visual merchandising, training & development, retail operations management, and stakeholder collaboration. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of all stores while aligning operational goals with overall business objectives. - **Sales Team Leadership** - Oversee and guide the sales team across multiple cities to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. - Establish clear sales KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching. - **Store Infrastructure & Maintenance** - Manage the store infrastructure team to ensure timely maintenance and adherence to safety and quality standards. - Drive initiatives to improve store layouts and ensure optimal functionality of all facilities. - **Visual Merchandising** - Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and effective in-store promotions. - **Training & Development** - Oversee the training team to ensure employees are well-trained in customer service, product knowledge, and store operations. - Develop programs to upskill staff and maintain a motivated and high-performing team. - **Retail Operations Management** - Ensure all stores operate efficiently and profitably, adhering to company standards and policies. - Regularly analyze store performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. - Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. - **Stakeholder Collaboration** - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to align operational goals with overall business objectives. - Act as a key liaison between store teams and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. - 8-10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and multi-city teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - Leadership skills with a knack for driving collaboration across teams.,
