Job Description At PwC, your focus in managed services will involve a variety of outsourced solutions to support clients across different functions. You will help streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency by managing key processes and functions. With skills in project management, technology, and process optimization, you will deliver high-quality services to clients. In managed service management and strategy, your responsibilities at PwC will include transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance, and delivery risk. Your work will revolve around continuous improvement and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. As a Quality Leader and Reviewer - Director in the Operate team, your role will be crucial in collaborating with various delivery teams to help clients implement and operate quality controls, achieve operational efficiencies, and establish continual improvement practices. You will work closely with US & India counterparts, delivery stakeholders & leadership, and co-create PIT strategy & drive its implementation in line with the firm's and platform strategy. Your responsibilities will include planning and conducting engagement health reviews, providing oversight to PIT activities, collaborating effectively with key stakeholders, driving improvement initiatives, conducting trainings, and contributing to firm initiatives. You will also communicate confidently, follow risk management and compliance procedures, and uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with US & India counterparts, delivery stakeholders & leadership to co-create PIT strategy & drive its implementation - Plan & Conduct Engagement Health Reviews - Provide oversight to PIT activities and drive resulting actions - Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the board - Identify and make suggestions for improvements and help build key assets and collaterals for PIT - Drive improvement initiatives - Build & Conduct Trainings to raise awareness - Communicate confidently in a clear and concise manner - Follow risk management and compliance procedures - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct - Contribute to Firm's initiatives Qualifications Required: - Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree - Preferred Degree: B.Tech/ B.E - Required Field(s) Of Study: Computer Science - Preferred Field(s) Of Study: Graduate or Masters in Technology/ Engineering - Minimum Years of Experience: 18+ years of experience - Preferred Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Lean & Six Sigma Additional Details: The Performance Improvement Team (PIT) aims to build a Service Excellence Culture within the global Managed Services platform, focusing on establishing a Quality Governance framework, driving training programs, conducting reviews at multiple stages, and driving improvement initiatives to enhance the platform's health and maturity. The role requires a strong background in delivery & quality experience, process reviews, quality framework definition & implementation, and continual improvement initiatives. Experience in different technologies, managed service delivery, business processes, and quality controls is essential for success in this position. Strong collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are key attributes for this role.
