As an IT Senior Group Manager at Citigroup, your role involves managing multiple teams through other managers, contributing to the commercial objectives of the business, and executing functional strategy in your managed areas. You will be responsible for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation, and future strategy contribution. Your impact will reflect the size of the team managed, strategic influence on the business, and interaction with other functions or businesses. You will have full management responsibility for multiple teams and will be a direct report to a C16 role, functioning as an integral member of the functional leadership team within a country/site location, job family, or line of business.
