Role Description

The Director (Projects & Training) will oversee the development and implementation of training programs and manage various skill development projects. Daily tasks include creating training curricula, organizing and conducting training sessions, developing annual budgets, and ensuring employee development. This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Curriculum Development and Training & Development
• Proven experience in conducting Training and Employee Training sessions
• Strong skills in Budgeting for training programs and projects
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the electrical safety or engineering field is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
