Director Program

As a Program Director at Pontoon, your role will involve maximizing revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, supplier satisfaction, and program compliance within the Managed Service Programs (MSP) organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Directing assigned Managed Service Programs, overseeing account resources, order management, supplier program, and program performance & compliance - Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to enhance relationships with designated clients - Ensuring adherence to business rules and practices for standardization, consistency, and compliance - Identifying and pursuing account development opportunities - Analyzing results, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing solutions for improvement - Participating in business reviews with clients and managing yearly budget and Profit & Loss - Providing consultation to colleagues within the organization to solve complex business issues - Offering recommendations on service delivery strategy and organizational model for prospects and customers - Providing consultation on bids and proposals, participating in sales presentations and negotiations To excel in this role, we are looking for the following qualifications: - Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility - Five to seven years of professional business experience - Expertise in managed service programs, national contract sales, and contingent workforce industry - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships - Ownership of Profit & Loss within a business and optimization of growth opportunities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of talent acquisition and recruiting standards You will have the opportunity to be part of a global thought-leader like the Adecco Group, where you can grow your career across various interesting jobs and brands.
