Director - Product Onboarding (FinTech)

In this role at the FINTECH arm of Nasdaq Technology, you will be leading the Product Onboarding and Training team of Client Experience. Your main responsibility will be to create a positive first impression with clients/prospective clients by guiding them through the Business Configuration and Training services for Nasdaq's clients. Your team will be involved in configuring business rules in Nasdaq systems, supporting clients through delivery projects, and providing training on system usage. You will recruit and manage a team of professionals, lead workshops, design training materials, and participate in requirements discussions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Recruit and lead a team of highly qualified professionals, managing their career and growth. - Lead workshops to demonstrate the usage of Trading, Clearing, and Risk products, guiding clients in configuring their business rules. - Design, develop, and maintain courses and training material for various products. - Participate in requirements discussions and design studies to identify the scope of work for the team. **Qualifications Required:** - 15-20 years of overall experience, preferably in Financial Services. - Ability to modernize the product training curriculum using AI and monetize training for clients. - Excellent engagement and collaboration skills with external clients and internal stakeholders. - Experience in delivery management. - Proven track record of team leadership skills, preferably managing teams across locations. - Ability to simplify sophisticated solutions into user-friendly material. - Passion for leveraging technology to enhance training/education services. - Experience with Unix/Linux.
