Job Description

**Role Overview:** You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of global ICSR operational activities and overseeing vendor-delivered services. Reporting to the Head of Systems Data Innovation (SDI) and IL Site Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across the ICSR lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage a high-performing global team to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry standards. - Execute, monitor, and optimize ICSR processes from case intake to data entry and submission. - Provide strategic direction on operational excellence, compliance, resource planning, and global team development. - Act as a change agent to empower the team, translate strategic vision into operational reality, and champion safety case management across Teva. - Mentor, coach, and develop talent across regions, with a special focus on supporting the growth and engagement of the PV India team. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field. - At least 10 years of experience in pharmacovigilance with a strong understanding of ICSR lifecycle and regulatory requirements. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing global teams and complex projects. - Experience in inspections/audits and readiness activities is advantageous. - Proficient in English language. **Additional Details:** The ICSR Global Operations Leader role is a senior position that requires you to bring an adaptive, innovative mindset to shape and implement SDI strategies. You will collaborate closely with SDI leadership, cross-functional teams, and internal/external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and compliance. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the success of safety case management within Teva and the broader pharmacovigilance ecosystem.,
