Job Description

Role Overview: As the ICSR Global Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end execution of global ICSR operational activities. Reporting to the Head of Systems Data Innovation (SDI) and IL Site Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across the ICSR lifecycle. Your focus will be on operational efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and ensure a high-performing global team - Drive continuous improvement across the ICSR lifecycle - Execute, monitor, and optimize ICSR processes - Provide strategic direction on operational excellence, compliance, and resource planning - Develop talent across regions and support team growth and engagement Qualifications Required: - Minimum Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field - Minimum 10 years of pharmacovigilance experience with knowledge of ICSR lifecycle and regulatory requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in managing global teams and complex projects - Experience in inspections/audits and readiness activities is advantageous - Fluent in English Additional Company Details: The role of ICSR Global Operations Leader at Teva requires an adaptive and innovative mindset.
