Job Description You will be joining The Institute of Product Leadership as a Director - Outreach and Admission in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the strategic planning and execution of student recruitment and enrollment processes. Your role will involve managing enrollment workflows, supporting students in financial aid processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance communication strategies and customer service initiatives. Your contribution is crucial in aligning outreach and admission strategies to further the institution's mission. Key Responsibilities - Utilize strong skills in Enrollment Management and Student Recruiting to effectively attract and enroll qualified candidates - Demonstrate excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and provide support to prospective students and families - Apply experience in Student Financial Aid processes to assist candidates through financial decision-making and aid applications - Showcase proven organizational and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet objectives and improve institutional performance Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in higher education administration or admissions roles is an added advantage,
