Summary
The Director of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and leading a high-performing sales team to exceed business objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-4 years of relevant experience on the same position in the hospitality industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are crucial along with a deep understanding of market trends and customer behaviour.
