Key Responsibilities - Lead pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations - Implement strategies for efficient pharmacy benefit management - Oversee pharmaceutical care initiatives and optimize medicine utilization - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes - Mentor the pharmacy team and contribute to advancing healthcare through innovation Qualifications - Proficiency in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care - Strong expertise in Pharmacy and Medicine for safe and effective use - Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management and optimizing healthcare operations - Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations and pharmaceutical processes - Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to effectively manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team - Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences (Masters or Doctorate preferred) - Proven experience in pharmacy leadership; prior experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting is advantageous,
