Director of Global Talent Acquisition

You will be working as an Associate FTH in the Incident Response department at UnitedLex India Private Limited in Gurgaon. Your primary responsibility will be to review documents as per project protocols and act as a subject matter expert on Data Breach Analysis for clients in the US, UK, and other jurisdictions. This will involve identifying and capturing personal information within electronically stored documents while ensuring that quality standards are met. You will also be expected to maintain confidentiality of all organization and client information, work on client systems through remote access, and adhere to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 guidelines. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of legal fundamentals, methods, and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential. Additionally, you should be willing to work in rotational shifts, stretch beyond regular hours, and travel for short and long durations as required by the project. Any Graduate/Postgraduate with a positive attitude, good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build strong working relationships will be suitable for this position. Candidates with prior experience in Data Breach Response or Incident Response will be preferred. Knowledge of breach notification and privacy laws related to data breach scenarios is desirable but not mandatory. The duration of the contract will depend on project requirements and availability.
