Job Description

Serve as a core member of the leadership team to define and drive technical direction, product roadmaps, and development strategies. Lead and provide strategic oversight for engineering teams, ensuring technical alignment, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement across diverse technology domains. Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performance engineering team, creating future leaders within the organization. Promote the use of AI-enabled development practices to accelerate innovation and build intelligent systems. Partner with Delivery, and Business teams to ensure alignment between tech delivery and business outcomes. Stay current with emerging technologies and introduce relevant advancements to the development team. Preferred Background & Experience: 15+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles. Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA). Proven experience in building and scaling high-performance solutions across various technology platforms. Demonstrated exposure and practical experience in AI-enabled software development is essential. Domain experience in any of the domains from Healthcare, Ecommerce, IoT or Fintech is a strong plus. Strong leadership in hiring, mentoring, and retaining engineering talent. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
