Job Description

Define and execute the strategy for enterprise automation platforms, aligning long-term business objectives with the transformative potential of automation technologies.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
Oversee the engineering, optimization, and adoption of Automation Anywhere across the enterprise, enabling reliable and scalable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
Manage capabilities within Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio, to empower automation developers.
Drive the adoption and optimization of low-code/no-code automation toolsets to enable rapid, scalable solutions.
Integrate AI-driven technologies into automation platforms to enhance functionality and facilitate adaptive automation solutions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 18 years of experience in technology or automation management roles, with proven expertise in platform engineering and automation delivery.
Extensive experience managing enterprise-scale automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform.
Proficiency in cloud engineering, particularly in Microsoft Azure, with experience in architecting scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
Strong leadership skills to mentor and manage a diverse team of technical experts, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Proven ability to manage engineering teams, particularly those responsible for platform design, optimization, and support.
