Job Description:

KC Vilaas, a premium luxury resort nestled in the hills of Shimla, is looking for an experienced Sales Director / Marketing Director to lead revenue growth, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Drive room sales, banquet bookings, weddings & corporate events
• Build strong relationships with travel agents, wedding planners & corporates
• Achieve monthly & annual revenue targets
• Develop pricing strategies and sales plans

Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital & offline marketing campaigns
• Handle brand promotion, social media & lead generation
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality sales & marketing
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication & presentation abilities
• Knowledge of luxury hotel/resort marketing
• Ability to work with targets and growth-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
