You will be joining our team as the QRM Program/Service Delivery Lead, where your main focus will be to shape and steer the Quality Risk Management (QRM) capability to ensure alignment with US and UK Risk Management objectives while meeting the evolving needs of our stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for QRM that aligns with US and UK Risk Management goals, anticipating future challenges and opportunities to create a vision that addresses both current and future demands, maintaining service levels of the team through overall engagement encompassing productivity and quality-based outcomes, ensuring a high level of customer service, and performing quality review and assurance as needed. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with QRM stakeholders, establishing clear and effective communication channels with internal departments and external partners to meet their needs and expectations, managing escalations, and working closely with onshore subject matter experts and stakeholders. As the Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a team of QRM professionals, devising the overall approach to meet end goals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and professional growth. Additionally, you will monitor and take ownership of key performance indicators, team utilization, and quality, maintaining a strong governance model with stakeholders.,
