Job Description

As the Director of IT Infrastructure Management, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and scalability. Your role will encompass strategic planning, team leadership, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. **IT Infrastructure Strategy & Operations**: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for IT infrastructure alignment with business objectives. Supervise IT infrastructure operations, encompassing data centers, cloud platforms, network, and security. Guarantee high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems. 2. **Cloud & Data Center Management**: Lead cloud migration and hybrid cloud management strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP). Manage data center operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Optimize cost and performance of cloud and on-premise infrastructure. 3. **Cybersecurity & Compliance**: Implement security best practices to safeguard against cyber threats. Ensure compliance with IT policies, GDPR, ISO 27001, and other regulatory requirements. Collaborate with security teams to mitigate risks and enforce security frameworks. 4. **Network & IT Support Management**: Supervise enterprise-wide network architecture, covering LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall management. Manage IT service management (ITSM) processes, including incident and problem management. Improve IT support operations for minimal downtime and prompt issue resolution. 5. **Vendor & Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with vendors to negotiate contracts and manage service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with senior leadership, CIO/CTO, and other department heads for IT alignment with business needs. Ensure proper licensing, procurement, and budgeting of IT resources. 6. **Leadership & Team Development**: Lead and mentor IT infrastructure teams to cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration. Drive automation and efficiency enhancements within IT operations. Conduct training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance the skills of IT teams. **Key Skills & Qualifications**: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), network architecture, cybersecurity, and IT operations. - Strong knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and automation tools. - Experience in managing enterprise IT budgets and vendor negotiations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
