Director IT Infrastructure Management

As the Director of IT Infrastructure Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high availability, security, and scalability of the organization's IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, team leadership, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for IT infrastructure alignment with business objectives. - Oversee IT infrastructure operations, including data centers, cloud platforms, network, and security to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance. - Lead cloud migration and hybrid cloud management strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP) while managing data center operations and disaster recovery. - Implement security best practices to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Oversee enterprise-wide network architecture and IT service management processes for minimal downtime and fast issue resolution. - Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage service level agreements while aligning IT with business needs. - Lead and mentor IT infrastructure teams, driving automation, efficiency improvements, and upskilling initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), network architecture, cybersecurity, IT operations, ITIL, DevOps, and automation tools. - Experience in managing enterprise IT budgets, vendor negotiations, with excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
