Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligning with company objectives, considering target audience, market trends, and competition analysis. Ensure a discernible and positive impact on the overall quality and quantity of leads for the organisation. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and oversee a team of digital marketing professionals, including specialists in social media, content creation, SEO, SEM, and email marketing. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Budget Management: Effectively manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources judiciously, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all campaigns. Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor and analyse key performance metrics. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, offering data-driven recommendations for improvements. Content Strategy: Develop and supervise the content strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital platforms. Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content. SEO and SEM Optimization: Implement and oversee SEO and SEM strategies to enhance the companys online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic. Social Media Management: Devise and execute social media strategies, encompassing content calendar planning, audience engagement, and social advertising. Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, incorporating segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization for improved open rates and conversion. 10. Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives. Qualification: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: Several years of expertise in digital marketing, emphasizing strategy development and team management. Prior experience in a managerial capacity is not a prerequisite. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, coupled with strong analytical skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in marketing automation tools is a valuable asset.
