In this role, your primary responsibility will be to contact clients with overdue accounts to secure settlements while also engaging in preventive measures to avoid future overdues with high-exposure accounts. Additionally, you will be part of the Amex Offers team, a digital advertising platform connecting Merchants and brands with millions of American Express Card Members globally. Through strategic marketing partnerships, you will deliver value for Merchants and Advertisers, reaching high-spending Card Members in digital channels to provide deep insights and enhance results. American Express is currently seeking a commercially minded Director of International Advertiser Analytics & Optimization to lead the strategic analytics function supporting merchant partnerships and the scaling of proven AMEX Offers strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to develop data-driven insights that unlock growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and shape the CLO value proposition. You will interface with stakeholders in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and the United States, focusing on defining efficient growth opportunities, critical market nuances, and leading analytics capacity prioritization. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the analytics lead in strategic merchant/advertiser conversations, providing insights and ROI modeling in top markets. - Deliver post-campaign analysis and insights to quantify lift, incrementality, and customer behavior change. - Partner with various teams to refine and evolve the AmEx Offers & Digital Media value proposition. - Deliver insights to influence go-to-market strategies by identifying vertical-specific trends and priorities. - Lead and mentor a team of India-based analytics while fostering a culture of rigor, transparency, and intellectual curiosity. Minimum Qualifications: - 8+ years in media analytics, reporting, or performance measurement, ideally in ad tech, martech, or digital media. - Strong understanding of digital media KPIs, CLO campaign dynamics, and marketing measurement techniques. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, BI Tools (e.g., Tableau & Power BI). - Strong communication skills for presenting to C-level clients. - Foundation in statistical modeling, experimentation, and causal inference. - Leadership experience in leading analytics or insights teams. - Self-starter with the ability to drive insights, provide actionable steps, and deliver results.
