The individual guides the internal team members and assists customers with the extraction and transformation of source system data. You will offer strategic advice and inform on best practices relative to successful UKG Pro data conversion. You will proactively communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status assigned to the team. It is essential to ensure that projects are on track with assigned responsibilities and project timeline, and effectively implement change control. Maintaining a high level of team productivity, supporting multiple projects, and meeting project requirements are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide support to team members through mentoring, knowledge transfer, and developing/delivering knowledge transfer sessions on new tools and processes as needed/requested. Serving as an escalation point for resolving issues with extracted/converted data is crucial, along with providing ideas and support to functional project resources to improve efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction levels. You will also assist or shadow a System Consultant on launch projects to gain a better understanding of system configuration and apply that knowledge to add more value during the data conversion process. Serving as a Technical Project Lead on complex multi-resource conversions and driving continual improvement in processes and efficiencies are part of your role. Continually seeking feedback from team members, peers, and supervisors to find new or better ways to operate, improve efficiency, and develop themselves is expected. You will drive the business to improve processes and efficiencies, including practicing risk-taking and creating an environment where employees are encouraged to take risks. Ensuring that all personal and team administrative tasks are completed timely and accurately is also a key responsibility. Normal activities conducted by the team members include collaborating and conducting a full and thorough data analysis and providing input to customers and internal teams on best practices for data management and data cleanup. Qualifications for this role include the ability to lead a medium team, take initiative to lead and develop, and set/manage expectations. Being customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude is necessary. You should be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, responsive, results-driven, and have project management skills. Working experience with ETL, data consulting, BI/Reporting is required. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with Human Capital Management Software.,
