Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own strategy & roadmap for Internal Developer Platform, SRE, DEVOps, Cloud Transformation & AIOps
Lead large-scale multi-cloud migrations (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes modernization
Build enterprise SRE platform: observability, chaos engineering, SLOs, error budgets
Design and deliver AIOps capabilities (ML anomaly detection, predictive scaling, self-healing)
Lead and mentor a 10 member global platform/SRE team
Drive FinOps, security, compliance-as-code, and production excellence

Must-Have Skills

15 to 18 years in total experience
8 to 10+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform leadership
Expert in Kubernetes at scale, GitOps, service mesh
Built enterprise observability + AIOps (Dynatrace, Datadog AI, Moogsoft or custom ML)
Hands-on IaC (Terraform Enterprise/Crossplane), Backstage or equivalent IDP
Strong coding (Go/Python), CI/CD at scale, security tooling

Secondary Skills

GenAI/LLM use in operations
Speaking at KubeCon/SREcon, patents, FinOps experience
