Job Description: As the Director of Solution Engineering at Icertis, you will lead and supervise the development and implementation of solutions on the Icertis platform. Your primary responsibility is to manage a team of skilled engineers to innovate and deliver cutting-edge contract-intelligence solutions by leveraging extensions on the Icertis platform and integrating with other systems like SFDC, MSFT Dynamics, SAP, and more. You will collaborate closely with the core engineering team to incorporate frequently requested features into the core product and minimize the need for product customization. Your role will involve strong project management skills, timely decision-making, and exceeding customer experience expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of skilled engineers to deliver product code to multiple customers. - Ensure technical configurations and integrations meet required standards. - Collaborate with the core engineering team to incorporate frequently requested features. - Minimize the need for product customization. - Utilize technical expertise in .NET and experience in architecting commercial software solutions at scale. - Manage software deployment for enterprise customers. - Align technical initiatives with business objectives. - Hire top talent and build high-performance teams. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS platform solutions. - Encourage a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team. - Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to foster professional growth.
