**Job Description:** As a part of the team at Exela, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - **External Communications:** - Develop and implement public relations (PR) strategies to promote brand image and establish thought leadership. - Manage media relations by drafting press releases, pitching stories, arranging interviews, and responding to media inquiries. - Build relationships with journalists, industry analysts, and other external stakeholders. - Monitor news coverage and prepare media reports and sentiment analysis. - Handle crisis communication and reputation management. - **Internal Communications:** - Design and execute internal communication strategies to engage employees and support company culture. - Create internal newsletters, executive messages, and company-wide announcements. - Support leadership communications and prepare talking points, speeches, and presentations. - **Content Development:** - Oversee the development of content across various channels such as press releases, blogs, op-eds, and social media. - Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other departments to ensure message consistency. - **Digital & Social Media:** - Support content planning and brand messaging across digital and social platforms. - Collaborate on campaigns that improve visibility and community engagement. **Qualifications Required:** - Years of experience in public relations, communications, or related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
